Each plan has a variety of costs. These include: • Premium. This is the payment you make each month to keep your coverage. • Deductible. This is the set amount you pay out of pocket for covered medical services before your insurance starts sharing the cost. • Coinsurance. Once you’ve met your annual deductible, you pay for a percentage of covered medical services and your health plan pays the rest. • Copays.
